I took the baking beads out and gave it a short time in the oven so the middle cooked. I poured in a lemon filling and baked it at a lower temperature.
This is the tart just after it had been cooling for a while and I had just dusted it with icing sugar.
This is the served up slice. It was delicious but needed to be chilled. We’ll have the rest for dessert tomorrow night when Chloe comes home for dinner.
