Who doesn’t love Black Forest Cherry cake???? No one in my family that’s for sure!!! I finished making this one this afternoon for our Christmas Day dessert.

We’re cooking prawn curry AND karti for Christmas lunch this year! So, we’re doing our usual Indian food for main, but we’re changing from our usual Italian Tiramisu to German Black Forest Cherry Cake. I’ve got a slightly different version of Italian Tiramisu than i usually cook and am waiting for my birthday dinner in January to try the alcoholic version with Frangelico and Tia Maria in it…Yum.
