This is the quickest curry you’ll ever make and if you like tomato based curries then you’ll be in heaven…I swear
Heat ghee in a hot pan, saute ginger, garlic and onion.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, ground red and black pepper, garam masala and paprika.
Cook for a few minutes and then add the tomatoes. Add a little water if the sauce gets too thick.
Add salt and frozen peas. Cook til peas are defrosted.
Add the paneer and stir through very gently so that the cheese does not break up.
Add the fresh coriander and serve.
It’s that quick!!!
