I don’t know what possessed me to make brioche; i’m not a lover of butter and this bread has a heap of butter in it!
This recipe is a fruit and nut brioche.


It looked and smelled awesome when baked. My family loved it and we even toasted it. I unfortunately didn’t really take to it; the flavour was far too buttery for me.

However, I made bread pudding with some of it and it was awesome! I’ll put up the recipe for that soon.

I used the Brioche recipe from the Peter McInnes website. Peter McInnes imports the KitchenAid mixer to Australia.
